A. Shipping costs and information:

We attach great importance to getting your orders to you safely and reliably. That's why we work with the best shipping companies available to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

In order to provide you with an excellent shipping service, we charge a small shipping fee. This fee only covers the actual costs we incur for shipping. We pass the shipping costs on to you 1:1 and earn nothing from them. As we do not offer free shipping, we will cover the full cost of returns within 30 days. This fair and transparent pricing allows us to work with the best logistics partners and ensure that your order arrives on time and in perfect condition.

Free returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer free returns within 30 days. If an item does not meet your expectations or you want to return it for any reason, we will cover the return shipping costs for you. Our goal is to provide you with a worry-free shopping experience where you don't have to worry about additional costs if you are not satisfied.

Austria

For bulky goods and goods for forwarding, we charge forwarding costs of € 49.90 incl. VAT per delivery address instead of the stated shipping costs. The freight forwarding delivery is free kerbside. In the event of refusal of acceptance and cancellation after dispatch of the forwarding item(s), a restocking fee of 10% of the order value and the return costs incurred will be charged.

Germany

For bulky goods and goods for forwarding, we charge forwarding costs of € 69.90 incl. VAT per delivery address instead of the stated shipping costs. The freight forwarding delivery is free kerbside. In the event of refusal of acceptance and cancellation after dispatch of the forwarding item(s), a restocking fee of 10 % of the order value and the incurred return costs will be charged.

European Union

For bulky goods and forwarding goods we charge instead of the indicated shipping costs per delivery address forwarding costs in the amount of € 149.9 incl. VAT up to 50 kg and forwarding costs of € 249.90 incl. VAT from 50 kg. The freight forwarding delivery is free curbside. In the event of refusal to accept and cancellation after shipment of the shipping item(s), a restocking fee of 10% of the order value and applicable return shipping costs will be charged.

Delivery times

The delivery time for Germany and Austria is 1-3 working days, for all other EU countries 3-6 working days.

Information for calculating the delivery date

The delivery period begins on the next working day after the conclusion of the contract and ends when the last day of the period expires. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day takes the place of such a day.

1. Credit card via Mollie

Just a few steps to payment:
1. At checkout, select "credit card" as the payment method. You can pay with the following credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Master Card, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, CartesBancaires and Discover.
2. Enter your credit card details and then click next.

2. Immediate payment via Klarna

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the payment method "Sofort-Überweisung".

Payment is made to Klarna in each case. Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order. 

3. Purchase on account via Klarna

With Klarna purchase on account you can pay within 14 days of the shipping date in Germany, the Netherlands, Finland or Austria and within 21 days in Belgium.

4. Immediate payment via EPS

A payment method developed jointly by several Austrian banks. This makes it the most important payment method in Austria, which enjoys great popularity among Austrian consumers.

5. SEPA Bank transfer (Payment in advance)

The SEPA bank transfer is a secure payment method that has been standardized for the European Union. Customers from a total of 34 countries can easily make bank transfers between any European checking account. Please note that your order will only be processed after receipt of payment.

6. Pay with PayPal

Shop worry-free with PayPal. If something goes wrong with a purchase, PayPal buyer protection is at your side.

6. Apple Pay

Apple Pay offers a convenient, secure, and private way to pay without a card or cash. Please note that payment with Apple Pay is only possible on IOS devices. The form of payment is not supported on Windows or Android devices.
