When does a warranty claim exist?
A guarantee claim only exists if a voluntary guarantee declaration has been made by the manufacturer.
The warranty does not cover the attached accessories that came with the product, e.g.: cable, case, mouse, etc.
If the product is defective during normal and appropriate use within the warranty period, the manufacturer will repair or replace the defective parts of the product or the product itself with newly manufactured or refurbished parts or products that are functionally equivalent or superior to the original parts/ products are. This warranty applies only if the product was new from the factory at the date of purchase. Please keep the original purchase receipt for future service requests. This warranty does not cover defects caused by improper installation, operation, cleaning or maintenance, accident, damage, abuse, misuse, non-modification of the product, any software program, normal wear and tear or other events, acts, omissions or omissions became. All components repaired or replaced by an authorized repair service provider are covered by this warranty for the remainder of the warranty period. This guarantee extends exclusively to the hardware of the product.
When and how can I submit a warranty claim?
You can submit warranty requests for items purchased in our shop within the warranty period using our contact form. Please note that the application will be processed within 48 hours (Mon-Fri). If you do not receive any feedback, we ask you to do so to contact us after the 48-hour period has expired.
